Applying an epoxy garage coatings is a multi-step process and requires expert assistance to ensure the best results. We use only high-performance, industrial grade floor coatings to ensure our floor last a lifetime*
We start every flooring project by mechanically grinding the concrete floor to remove any traces of old paint, coatings, contaminents, stains and dirt. We then repair any cracks, holes and imperfections on the floor. This step is crucial in ensuring the structural integrity of the concrete and the epoxy coating.
Once we are happy with the look of the concrete surface, we move onto installing your new epoxy floor. We start by applying an epoxy primer and a base coat and let it dry for 12-24 hours. Once the base coat is fully cured we move onto installing the decorative floor system.
Once your new garage floor has been installed and fully try, we will apply a protective UV stable urethane or polyaspartic topcoat. The topcoat is designed to ensure the floor is protected from damage, wear and tear, stains, fading, yellowing and discoloration.
